Now on The Escapist: The Witch-Keep of Drakenmoor

Just a quick post to let everyone know that the latest installment of the "Dungeon World" setting, part of "The Days of High Adventure" column, is now live on The Escapist: "The Witch-Keep of Drakenmoor" is an 8-page location-based mini-adventure (in PDF). Enjoy!

Stay tuned to the Rust Monster, because next week I'll have a bunch more Top Secret goodies for you from my scanning project.

  1. I wanted to leave a comment over there but was somehow unable to register (go my email, clicked the confirmation link, got a welcome message, but the username/password don't seem to work). But thanks to Google I can comment here! :)

What I wanted to say is that the PDF should contain some more contact information. I found the PDF on my Desktop, looked through it, wanted to file it, but couldn't find URL, publisher, or full author name. "Chris B." is not a lot…

Also, some sort of license would be cool. Is The Escapist going to do anything special with these PDFs? If not, a permissive license would be cool. Even if it's a simple "six month after first publication at The Escapist the work will be licensed to you under Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported." (or United States, or OGL, or whatever).

    Nice hand-drawn map! :)

  2. @Alex: Glad you like the map!

Sorry about the lack of info in the PDF. I didn't create the document; had I done so, it would have contained more author info than it did. (I probably would have spruced up the layout and design a bit, as well.)

I'm not sure what the future holds for these articles, but I'll be sure to share your comments with the folks at The Escapist.

Thanks for taking the time and effort to find me and share your thoughts!
